Osborne & Co are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a new build project in Chorlton-Cum-Hardy, a suburban area located in southwest Manchester.

Working in partnership with housing association Southway Devco Ltd, the new build project will consist of the construction of 4 brand new houses and 4 brand new apartments. The houses will be x2 semi detached units along with x4 apartments. The new build project has been given the postcode M21 7NR.

With the site now fully cleared, we anticipate work will begin on this project from early to mid April 2021.
