More developments to update you on the Chester Road, Kelsall new build development with the soakaway drainage system now being implemented, progress at last!

Following on from our last Chester Road, Kelsall update where the drainage system was being carried out, the soakaway drainage system is used to manage surface water at its source.
A soakaway is also an efficient, low-environmental impact way of dealing with either foul or excess surface water in your drainage system.

By installing the soakaway drainage system, this will play a critical role in preventing any future flooding during heavy rainfall. By keeping the ground moist and creating a more stable water source for the garden, the soakaway drainage system will deal with any excess water in situations where the volume of water is far too high for surface water drainage systems to cope with.

The new Chester Road, Kelsall housing development will consist of 8 4-bedroom detached houses which will also include a pair of affordable homes to complete the 10 house new build development. Each of these houses will be developed in 3 different styles.
