The Widnes Spar store is now open! The 325 sqm store was built to the Spar Stores specification.

This modern 400 sqm office block is unrecognisable from it’s previous life as The Riverside Pub (which was built on stilts!) and is now let to Zachery Daniels Recruitment.

This end unit comprising of a shop below and office space above was completely gutted and extended to the Co-op’s specification.
